Return and Warranty Policies
All used or open-box products sold by DYNS™ have a return period of up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, applicable only when the product does not meet the characteristics specified in its respective description.
New products have a twelve (12) month warranty. The warranty claim may be resolved, after corresponding evaluation, by returning the product, replacing the equipment, or a partial refund, by prior agreement between both parties.

Payment methods
