Return and warranty policies
All used or open-box products sold by DYNS™ have a return period of up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, applicable only when the product does not meet the specifications described in its respective description.
New products come with a twelve (12) month warranty. The warranty claim may be resolved, according to the corresponding evaluation, by returning the product, replacing the equipment, or a partial refund, by mutual agreement between both parties.
